Purple Flexible Glue Gun Sealing Wax - 7 Sticks

I ordered this product for wax seals on my wedding invitations. This product worked okay but I was a little disappointed by the durability of the wax. I would recommend using a glue gun with a high/low setting and place on high, I seemed to get better definition of my wax sealer with this setting. The product will drip a bit so I would recommend not holding the glue gun directly over your item until you are ready to apply. I was able to get many wax seals from the sticks. Overall, I would use these again for the simple fact that this product makes the process of applying wax seals much easier than the traditional wax method.

The glue gun sealing wax works way better than any other sealing wax I have found as far as ease of use. I had to seal 100 wedding invitations, and it took no where near as much time as I feared it would initially. Sometimes the wax gets a little too drippy when the glue gun has been left on for a while so you don't get the "authentic" wax seal look with the scalloped edges. That problem can be solved by unplugging the glue gun for a bit. I did my seals in lots of 5 unplugging the glue gun between lots. If you want perfectly round wax seals then this isn't an issue for you. I experimented with both sealing wax candles and melting sealing wax in crucibles. The glue gun method was by far the most efficient.

These worked great for our wedding invitations. The impressions that were formed were very clear. Before the wax cools, it can be peeled off of the envelope in case of mistakes, but once it is cooled, it really sticks to the paper. This dark color looks great with a gold leafing pen to pick up the highlights.

The wax was the correct size, but looked nothing like the photos from other buyers. It looked really thin and I could see the envelope straight through it. I ended up not using it at all because it looked cheap and dull.

These were perfect color! They matched our invitation color perfectly! My advice would be to get a dual temp hot glue gun and use it on the low temp setting. You might have to push it through the gun towards the ends of the sticks because the gun may not grab it all the time. But they look AWESOME!!

Used this for wedding invitations. Everyone loved the wax seal on the envelopes. The color and appearance were exactly what we expected. It did drip quite a bit from our hot glue gun while in between seals, so we did end up wasting quite a bit.

Used this wax to seal my little sister wedding shower invitations. It was just the color she wanted and the seal looked great. We did about 75 to 80 invitations and we still had a few sticks left over. Great product!

This is the ultimate convenience when creating wax seals. I suggest this product on based on the pure ease and convenience factor alone. It is a little bit on the pricey side though
