These are the world's best jarred/canned tomatoes. They are better than any canned San Marzano tomatoes you'll find at the grocery store (these aren't technically San Marzano DOP because they aren't peeled like Marzano DOP are required to be, but the very delicate peel on them is excellent so removing it would be a bad thing). Very pricy, but worth it it if you're looking to make a world-class dish.

Researching the grower, understanding what is allowed to be constituted a true San Mariano tomato vs Pomodoro, this sauce is amazing! I have found my permanent sauce! I am in heaven. Will definitely be my go-to from on

I've been ordering these in multiples for 2 years. I strain out only the seeds through a fine mesh colander (seeds are bitter). Absolutely no other tomatoes are finer, unless you grow them yourself with the same seed in the same area of Mt Vesuvius, in your backyard, organically. And even then...... Sabatino Abegnale ages his in his tomato cellar like young wine. So if you could do that, maybe?Just get these, as soon as they come on the market. They're a very limited commodity.

Have purchased many times from Gustiamo. These tomatoes are absolutely the finest. Admittedly they are costly, but are so worth the money. They taste like sweet just picked tomatoes. They make great tomato sauce. One note of importance, they should not be cooked at length, theyre not meant to be used that way. Good to support a small business!

This is a great product! Delicious! Really added flavor to my spahetti sauce, and also enough for a bit to my chili! Very tasty!
