This works great!
I had purchased a non-heated neck roll product in hopes of improving my "tech-neck" hump. It works great, but I decided to try this one with heat also. I love the soothing heat on my neck. 4/5 times I choose this one over the non-heated one. I also feel like my posture is better after using.

Comfortable placement
I have a golf ball size knot in my neck that I’ve had for 20 years so it definitely gets tight. This device gives the proper placement for your neck and the heat helps relax. I like the timer as well. Just wish it came with an actual plug in charger instead of a USB.

It comes with a USB cable and NO POWER SUPPLY
It came with a USB cable and no power supply so it is useless to me & I will throw it away.Step #1 of the instructions say to connect to any power supplies with the included USB cable. I have no power supply to connect it to so it is no good to me until I go shopping for a power supply. I really think a power supply should have been included.

NEVER WORKED!
This is just a block of plastic with a cover. The heating feature only works I suppose if it stays plugged in. Never got hot though so IDK. Definitely a regrettable purchase.
