Have a blast and enjoy the private conversation with "Wonders of Physics" by playing with our funny Newton's Cradle here! As a perfect visual aid for kids to learn about conservation of momentum and energy in a hands-on way, our Newton's Cradle is found everywhere, especially in some science, physics or psychology classrooms. How to Play with It? The Newton's Cradle consists of 5 metal balls of equal mass. Place it on your desk, and lift one of the polished balls at either end. Release it to let it fall so that you'll see a single ball on the other end rise after a few seconds it hits. Or lift two of the 5, it also works. These Newton pendulum balance balls will click back and forth until they slow to a standstill. That lasts about 45s depending on the force you use. Well-Made, Sturdy and Comes Tangle-Free: - Our Newton's Cradle is made up of tough construction (stainless steel frame & balls with solid ABS base) and reinforced nylon strings ensuring long-lasting durability; - No worries about the strings being tangled, because everything is neatly secured in place when you receive it. Also Great Present for Office Decoration & Reliable Stress Reliever! The Newton's Cradle makes a great present for decorating your office and home. Also a fun conversation starter that is ready to impress your visitors or guests. Attractive to help focus more, it also allows you to take a mental break from stressful or frustrating days with pleasant clicking sound and soothing motion. Try and you'll see!

Hardly bounces
The balls look like metal, but they are plastic and hardly bounce.

Should have listened to the reviews
My boyfriend wanted one of these but when he went to try it they only clicked about 3 times. We thought it would make a good piece to just sort of show off instead, but this morning I came downstairs and it's somehow all tangled and a string has broke off one of the balls. Was there an earthquake last night here in Michigan? Oh, don't regard the incense ashes to the side..

Does not work as intended
I purchased this product for my husband’s office. Although it arrived packaged well, the product does not work as intended. It is very disappointing, especially because I selected this one over the others because of the great reviews. The balls do not knock back and forth more than two or three times. I will be returning this and buying a different one.

Really a waste of money - get a different model
Have bought Newton's Cradles for years as a gift to my physics students. This one only lasts 3 or 4 swings before the momentum dies out. Really a waste of money - get a different model.

Tangled and worthless!
Product arrived, but it was unusable. Everything was tangled up and it was impossible to fix. Also, one of the strings was not attached to the edge. Horrible experience!! I want my money back or a replacement!
