Not enough books supplied for shelves to be filled.Poorly assembled.parts unglued and Perspex window was not secured in place

So Amazon asks for what I liked and what I disliked about this product, what I like about the product is simple: Nothing.So now let's get into the negatives:1) the product was insufficiently packaged to come through any postal service, a thin layer of bubble wrap that barely covered the product, stuffed inside a cardboard box, shoved inside a jiffy bag. Mine came through in one piece fortunately, not that it made any difference.2) the whole product is of garbage quality in both material and build quality (I'm a QA by profession, this wouldn't have made it to the end of a production line if I was in charge, heck it wouldn't have made it TO the production line to be assembled if I was in charge).3) the wood is delaminating on the joints and overall assembled poorly4) the acrylic screen is dirty, scratched and at this point, merely translucent rather than clear and transparent as it should be5) the 'books' are poorly finished, clearly made by having a huge white foam sheet printed on both sides and then a huge cutting die used to cut the sheets, only issue is that the image has been printed badly or the die or sheet was out of line, this has led to all the books not being centered correctly so that you can't read their title fully because it's been cut off the edge6) And point 5 leads me perfectly onto point 6 which is the BIGGEST ISSUE, none of the books have any decoration or writing on the spine, which means when you stack them in the shelf, all you get is white facing you, which really isn't how the pictures portray this item, had the books had spines decorated, this might have been a 2 or 3 star review at a push, but this is truly unforgivableOverall I'm not entirely sure why the one other review for this item shows very clearly a much higher quality of product, either way I'll be contacting the seller as well as asking Amazon for a refund. Very sub-optimal.

Lovely product, attention to detail on the books. Just a shame not enough books to fill the full case

So you don't get enough books to fit all the shelfs and in all the pis clearly u can see enough books to fit the shelfs hence why I have given 2 stars

I received it as Xmas present but I was disappointed that there are not enough books to fill the bookshelves.

The book are white one both side so when you stack the book they all look white nothing like the photo. Waste of time totally fake

Very poor quality and not what is shown in photos. There are no spines on the books, not enough books to fill the shelves, quality of sticker fronts on the foam blocks designed to be books are poor. There are multiple repeats of the same ones and many have the same cover for front and back. The cheap plastic front has scratches and poor to see through plus flimsy. I bought this as a Christmas present and it took some time to come and was totally disappointed when it did. Total cost with postage was £25 but its not even worth £5. If you saw this in a shop you just wouldn't buy it. Total waste of money and time. There must be rules against selling something that is not accurately described.
