Inside the 4 1/2" plastic outer shell is a fabric pouch containing KDF Formula 73 (70% copper, 30% zinc) in filament form. When water comes in contact with this filter medium the chlorine ions in the water are converted into a harmless chloride and the toxic effects of chlorine, chloramines, and chlorine gas are eliminated. Healthy house? Very unhealthy customer relations!!
The Bath dechlorinator did not work for us. Expensive item for what it is and performance. Overall I will never buy from Healthy House again. Shocking customer service. I have 2 children with allergies and buy a lot of products. Allergy best buys are very, very good.

Don’t know how I bathed in tap water without this! My skin and hair are so much softer, less dry and the water feels up softer and just better in general.

Took a chance on this product.
