This is an excellent mount. I bought this to mount a Surface Pro and a 2.5-inch external HDD behind my TV. It comes with all the necessary hardware to attach the mount (or the shelf) to either behind the TV or on the wall. (If you want to attach the shelf directly to a TV, you may need to widen the screw hole. I use M6, and I had to widen it as the hole did not fit an M6 screw.)The mount (the metal plate looking like a pegboard) is supposed to be secured by ONE screw at the top using one of the included screws (M4, M6, or M8) to a VESA hole. Since one of the reviewers said it did not come with the necessary screws, I bought one M6 screw before the order arrived, which turned out unnecessary.I did not need the shelf, as can be seen in the picture. I used "VELCRO Brand ONE_WRAP Tape 3/8" x 25 Yard Double Sided Self Gripping Roll" to secure the Surface Pro and the HDD. It works out great.I highly recommend both the mounting kit and the velcro.

I have been looking for some way to get the large cable box(14" x 10" x 3" )off my kitchen counter. Had used Velcro in the past to attach under the cabinet but never was secured as well as I wanted and was still in view. This worked perfect! Attached to the back of a 24" tv with no problem. Sturdy and secure and big enough to hold a large cable box.

Considering that this is designed to mount on the back of a TV using the VESA mount, it is a total mystery why the widest spaced holes on the offset flange are spaced at about 195mm instead of the INDUSTRY STANDARD 200mm. I wanted to mount a TiVo mini an a Wifi bridge on the back of the tv, This looked perfect for the job. And it would have been except that I had to use 4 holes and spacers on the maid section instead of two on the flange and two spacers on the boy. Ended up offsetting it and blocking a connector on the TV as a result. I mean to say, it worked for my application but might not for yours unless you want to elongate the holes on the flange. YMMV

Came with everything pictured. My only complaint is the VESA screws it came with were too short for my specific TV, I ended up mounting it to the back of my TV stand.

They are working great. Everything is securely mounted and completely hidden.

Solid and versatile product. Some have commented that they didn't get the shelf. I got everything described in the package.

Does not come with enough screws and hardware. I had to buy screws and nuts to complete installation. Works well after installing. I bought two. One for a game box and one for a Spectrum DVR.

Easy to mount to a tv on an existing wall mount used to mount a DVD player, the additional holes in the mounting plate gave an area to manage the necessary wires.

I messed up and should have read the reviews before I ordered . All you get is the metal plate , a few zip ties and screws . !!!!NOT LIKE THE PICTURES AT ALL!!!!

The mounting bracket that goes on the perforated plate is missing. He even offers information about that part. false advertising.

Terrible. Perforated metal plate acts like a Faraday mesh blocking all wireless signals like WiFi and Bluetooth

Does not come with the adjustable metal graphic as shown in the photos.
