My son often works around mildew and mold in houses with water damage. He kept coming home complaining about headaches and saying he didn't feel good. I gave him a box of these respirators and no more headaches or complaints. I think the math works out to about $2.00 a respirator - cheap price for good health! I will be stocking up on these.

I ordered these masks at the beginning of the pandemic to make sure we had some when it all got worse. I am glad I did this. We have worn them to the grocery store to stay safe. I have to say that it gets very warm quickly under these masks and I thought it was unpleasant. That might be a personal experience and is most likely due to the heavier texture of the masks. This is not a flaw. We will use these masks more than once and most likely spray the outside lightly with Lyson after each use and then let them air dry. Since I can't keep my paws off my face and pulled my mask down a few times while in the store due to a runny nose, there is no doubt that they potentially get contaminated on the outside after touching items or just walking through a store. I believe that a light dusting with Lysol will extend their use. I would recommend these masks because they are not flimsy and should hold up nicely.
