ROYAL KASITE 12 Inch Cast Iron Skillet Flat Preseasoned Round Frying Pan, Black

I've never used a cast iron pan before but I just cooked the best steak ever in this pan last night. I seasoned the pan as the instructions stated and food did not stick. Its a little more work then a non-stick Teflon pan but the meat came out SO much better because it sears the outside of the steak. cant wait to try fish in it next.

First cast iron fry pan that’s actually seasoned. Easy to clean. It’s obviously heavy so I keep it on top of the stove. Use it at least once a day

The pan is unlevel in the center causeing the oil to run to the edges. Sticks horribly even after seasoning it in the oven.

I bought this expecting a fairly cheap non USA cast iron pan. With that in mind this is a pretty decent cast iron pan. The “pre seasoning” is pretty much non existant and I have started the processor seasoning my pan myself with oil rubs and baking it in the oven. A few minor spots in the cast iron that look like manufacturing blemishes, but nothing that won’t make it a good camp site cast iron pan.Pics are two seasoning coats in and one dinner cooked in the pan.
