Perfect piece of equipment. Does what it says. I’ve upgraded to this groin guard from the Adidas climacool groin guard and it is a significant step upwards. This cup is not a hard plastic it’s pliable and really comfortable while still hard to absorb shock. It fits nicely between your V gap of your legs so as to avoid chafing or discomfort when moving. Everything is well thought out. It’s even a dark colour on the waist band so if like me you use it for sparring you can slip it on and off quickly and easily without being too worried about it getting dirty while putting it on over your shoes

Good quality and comfort. I am 34/35 inch waist and went for XL. They are rather snug so be careful sizing. Go a size up.

Decent bit of kit. Comfortable and seems sturdy.A tip - wear it over, not under, your underwear - it'll stay fresher and last longer.I took a while choosing this item, and this one seemed the best balance of quality and value.

Very comfortable, and does its job nicely. For my level of training (kickboxing for 3 hours, and 6 hours of high-level Jiu Jitsu a week), it provides all the protection I need. I've been hit full on (from the front, not from underneath) and I barely felt it, from a BIG guy during sparring.I'm a bit worried that it's made of durable/bendable plastic - having heard stories of them shattering and causing problems in MMA fights, however. So if I were competing, I'd perhaps go for a higher standard. For the price this is an absolutely fantastic piece of equipment though!

Having signed up to Brazillian Jiu Jitsu recently, I was advised by one of the regulars to get a 'cup'.I did a bit of searching and came across this one. Due to the fact that you get the jock strap and the protection cup to slide in from a well known brand like shock doctor, the price was decent so I took the plunge.I am usually a 34"-35" waist and I opted for the large option. The cup is a decent size and I think it should fit the majority of gentlemen in there.Now, I am yet to take a shot to the pills, thankfully, however whilst wearing them, as others have said, they are very comfortable and secure. They don't budge, especially under my base layer or vale tudo shorts. I can obviously feel I am wearing them but my movement (eg high kicks and sprawls) are not restricted in any way.So far so good!

I bought the product to help following a vasectomyAll though the product seems well made as is comfortable the sizing guide is not great hence the 3 stars. The gusset part was not wide enough before I had the opp let alone once swelling had set in. The cup is not comfortable at all and is too thin at the base.
