Got this for my boyfriends soap business he liked a lot and it worked well nd did the job of cutting the soap

I received my product defective/ broken (cutting length limit block came broken, the tension regulator is detached from the handle combination, and the handle combination came broken. The wood is very poor quality. The product is not worth the value/ price. Also was supposed to receive it in two days and had delays in shipping and arrival. Overall pretty disappointed and now inconvenience further with the return.

I’ve made some great soap and this has definitely done a great job cutting them properly very easy to clean so far it seems very durable and it’s worth the price because I got it on sale

So this really upgraded my soap business. In the past I was using a different kind of cutter and this gave me more accurate lines. However, it is not completely perfect. We've had to make some adjustments to it as the nuts and bolts are not tight enough even with washers that are supplied. The durability is so so. The cutting arm just broke. However, I know that it is made of bamboo which is an excellent resource, but it's also softer than other woods. We will try a metal plate to hold it together first, then we will probably take it to a miller to make us a new one out of a stronger wood. It functions perfectly for what I need and I think it's a good design. I would just recommend a slightly stronger wood.

Loved this. The setting up process was easy and I love the durability. This has been a great addition to my small business. I don't have to use the small hand soap cutters.

My initial review is that I am unable to use my item. The package was lacking all of the hardware needed to assemble the item, along with the additional cutting wires that were supposed to have been included. I could not find an option to send a message the manufacturer via Amazon. So, I went to the Vevor website and chatted with them explaining my problem. They assured me that they have a team assigned to support Amazon purchases, and I should be receiving an email from them shortly. I will update my review once a resolution has been reached.
