Value for money, best quality happy with this product

The product looks classy and is actually a great addition to places where there is a minimal usage of fridge, like storing your makeup, or for office usage. Easy to use and assemble the product, no hassle. Cooling is great, just like a regular home use fridge. Storage capacity suits for small storage like makeup, Office use, in room storage etc, not for regular home use. In overall, its a great functional product. Only complaint I have is that the light went off within 3 months only, rest the product is great.

I received a defective Blue Star mini refrigerator with a damaged thermostat right after delivery, which was confirmed by the technician. Despite raising a replacement request, more than 10 days have passed with no resolution, even after full payment. The lack of accountability and poor coordination from both the seller and Amazon is extremely disappointing. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had.
