Avoid this dryer like the plague! As a certified appliance repair technician, I was shocked by the abysmal quality of this dryer. Not one, but two consecutive units arrived damaged.Dryer #1: Crushed frame, bent panels, unusable due to the misaligned fan belt and drum being pressed together by the frame.Dryer #2: Broken display, missing screws (easily fixed with parts from the 1st, thankfully). But the real kicker? After just 10 loads, the drum pulley failed causing excessive shaking. More repairs, more frustration. And if that wasn't enough, a week later, the drum gasket decided to pull away from it's glue, creating an earsplitting squeal that could be heard throughout the house.The only positive? The dryer drums make excellent in-ground firepits (buy two, though, so you can produce enough heat to dry your clothes.Seriously, steer clear of this dryer. You'll save yourself a massive headache.

I really love the convenience and the practicality, the small space required.I have had the product for a little over 3 weeks and the turning band broke. It seems like low quality material and faulted. I would like to fix it soon. After I fixed the band two months later, after the purchase Thw dryer doesn’t turn on.

We bought this product a few months back. We live in an apartment with no hook ups so this was perfect, for a little while. It worked great for summer and we used it weekly.And then it stopped. It was working fine until it just stopped turning completely. Started making this high pitch noise and not spinning. Now when you plug it in, it starts the noise and won’t even heat up. We tried all the troubleshooting, but looks to be nothing to fix it.So for a short time, it using is for one person, it was great for a little while. But for long term use, do not buy

It does a good job at drying your clothes. Ez set up just snap on vent part and plug in power cord set to proper drying setting then wait. My only issue is it does take longer to dry clothes completely but your clothing will get dry. I recommend this dryer was a good purchase for me. A little over priced tho.

When I first got this dryer the clothes was drying fast but I heard a tiny whistle sound didn't think anything of it the whistle sound got louder over days to it was unbearable I really like this dryer the way it looked and how it started off drying my clothes so fresh and neat then after a while within 2 weeks maybe going on three weeks I was thinking all the energy went into making noise instead of trying clothes because clothes took almost an hours to dry I was afraid to go to sleep when using this dryer and that statement need no explanation 😭

I had it for a month I been following everything it’s says to do and it was doing great then it started making a really loud noise and then it stopped and now the inside doesn't spin it dries by blows really hot air

The media could not be loaded. ONE MONTH UPDATE:This has made my life so much less chaotic. So happy I bought this. VERY WELL MAN 🥰size for small places & it is the right wattage for apartments, that won't blow out the circuits. Great for small loads. Don't over pack or put soggy clothes in. Treat it right & it will last.

Worked really well until I went to clean the filter.... Today is day one. I did one load, went to clean the filter (which is difficult to detach), and heard something clank down in. I thought it was in the drum, but it was really inside the machine itself. It stopped blowing hot air out the duct. Took the machine apart to find a nut and bolt in the bottom of the machine. Due to this, a belt was loose and not on its gear. Put everything back in place, tested it, and everything is working fine now. Now my 10 year old son is the one having fun putting the back on the dryer because mom's tapped out of the fixing of something that's less than 3 loads old. I have an apartment sized washer so it definitely was not caused by big loads.When it does work, it's relatively quick, easy to use, and convenient! Hopefully that was the end of my woes with it! Lol
