This pen works well for me because I had a stroke a while ago and it affects my right hand. The fatness of this pen makes the so much easier for me to grip and make my writing somewhat legible. The ink is very smooth, no skipping. I enjoy using this and recommend it to anyone who has had difficulties with hand issues to try. The thickness of the barrel helps me grip the pen. The color is a pretty blue and comes with extra refills, which makes it a great value

Too large for me. I returned it. The pen was fine.

I have arthritis in my hands and some days can't hold a pen. These pens are so easy for me to grip. They meet my needs very well and were very reasonably priced.

Works as advertised. The large size does help my writing. When changing the ink be careful of the spring which sits on the tip. It can fly 😊.

Not for small hands. These are a bit too fat. I didn't return them and am saving them for someone who might be able to use them. They are heavy.

With Parkinson's, tremors and regular pens hurt to use and my penmanship changed. First attempt using this type of pen I seen my old penmanship being restored.
