I was blown away by the product and the customer service. There was a QR code in the box that led me to Facebook Messenger, where a super helpful team member walked me through the whole process. They gave me clear, easy-to-follow instructions, making sure I got the perfect fit. What really impressed me was their follow-up the next day to check if everything was comfortable and if I was happy with the product. It felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. The mouthguards themselves are great—comfortable, functional, and durable. Combined with such amazing customer service, this has been one of the best purchase experiences I’ve had in a long time. ConfiDental - please hire some experience designers (UX) or at least try out the instructions you create before you distribute your product to thousands of people. You have no idea how inconvenient your QR code experience is apparently.When a customer like myself uses our phone to scan a QR code, we expect a video to start playing because, no suprise, that is what your instructions said the QR code would do. NOT a prompt to download Facebook Messenger from the Google store, which requires us to set up a Messenger PIN number and a bunch of other onboarding slowdowns just to watch a video. And even after I did this (cursing the entire way out of frustration), I STILL did not get the video, just some AI chatbot that finally sent me the video.And the video was hosted on YouTube! Why not just have the QR code go to YouTube first? Is this some sort of trick to force me to connect to your social media network? Sure feels that way.Why could you just print out these instructions using images or illustrations that emulate the video example???Decent product, horrible 1st customer experience.I am sorry that an otherwise good physical product gets a one star from me but the video link was so frustrating I feel compelled to do so.Now I need to go un-install FB messenger because I DON"T want this on my device!

Amazing mouth guards, very easy to mold yourself, as long as you watch the video. The video is very thorough and they have a live chat agent that walks you through it step by step. Worn it for 2 nights now and the fit and feel is amazing, I dont feel it in my mouth while sleeping and I’m able to keep my mouth closed while wearing it.15 minutes total to mold 2 sets of top and bottom mouthguards.

I’m happy we order this for my child. She is 9, and the small size in the package fits perfectly- was easy to mold. She is excited to wear it at night. Looking forward for less stress and grinding her teeth. The price is also a deal! I first bought a 30$ one piece but it do y mold well. Was from thin and from another company. I looked fue a second one and this works! I wish it was thinner but I can’t complain- the price is good!

I bought this guard to help my 9 y/o son's teeth grinding and saw the reviews were pretty good. Instructions were simple, but I was a little impatient and didn't quite follow them, big mistake. Like the product overall, love the live instructional support.So here's the pro and con.Con: Even the smallest guard is slightly too big to wrap snuggly around my son's small teeth. But it can be because my son still has a lot of his baby teeth inPro: customer service and support is amazing. They gave me tips, pictures and diagrams to help me trim and remold the guard to better fit him. They even followed up each day for 5 days to see how it fit and troubleshooted issues that came up.Overall the product works and luckily they give you lots of extra guards.Other tips:1) User error in the molding process is the biggest issue. I thought by leaving the guard in the heat longer means easier molding. I was wrong and lost 1 guard to that. Multiple short heating (no more than 10 sec) with molding gives better results. It may take longer, but in the long run, it gives such a better fit.2) trimming it down so the guard is just covering the teeth and not the whole gum.3) mold to bottom teeth. That way if your guard ends up not molded to be snug, it won't fall out while sleeping.

Bought this to address night time grinding. Need to scan a QR code to get video - but wait - it takes you to a sight where customer support needs to send you a link to the video. Feels a lot like social engineering. The video is long and majorly overkill. The process is not that difficult (if you’ve ever had mouth guards before). Functional - yes - but going to take time to get used to. I go about 1/2 a night and need to take it out - not exactly comfortable and I find myself chewing on it in my sleep - which is not good for TMJ.Thickness, quality, durability all good.Update on the QR code - now I’m getting messages to my Facebook Messenger account. Not exactly happy about that.
