It is what it is. A large kitchen sticker with storage and freezer temps. It does show the basic known guidelines but I am not competent enough to say if these qualify for UK legal commercial use. The temps shown do appear to be right and one thing for sure is its better than nothing. Most people have no idea of the hot foods hot limits or how cold a fridge should be to keep things safe. Not bad but for commercial use it needs to say it needs to state the UK legal position accurately.

It's thin sticker for applying to a wall or appliance that is water resistant and will tear away easily when needed. It's reminders are a little redundant, particularly around cooling. As typically coolers/freezers are set at certain temperatures that already cover that listed. And you don't need to be a genius to work out what needs cooling vs freezing. The keeping foods hot information is useful.
