It may be particularly useful for athletes or individuals who engage in intense physical activity, as dehydration and electrolyte imbalances can lead to fatigue, cramping, and other negative effects. According to the manufacturer, Electrolite Synergy is formulated with high-quality, bioavailable ingredients and is free from artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners. It comes in a powder form that can be mixed with water or added to smoothies or other beverages. As with any dietary supplement, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider before using Electrolite Synergy, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking prescription medications. Overall, Electrolite Synergy may be a useful tool for supporting hydration and electrolyte balance in the body, especially for athletes or individuals engaging in intense physical activity. However, individual results may vary, and it's always important to prioritize a balanced diet and adequate hydration as the foundation of good health.

This is my go to for an afternoon pick up. Suggested by my naturopathic doctor

I have a delicate digestive system and started working with a nutritionist who recommended this hydration powder because other products upset my digestion and I wanted something more natural. As a woman experiencing perimenopause, staying hydrated is crucial, and I can drink this daily without issues. Initially, I was skeptical, and while it’s not as delicious as say a Liquid IV, I appreciate that it contains no sugar or ingredients that cause digestive distress. The main ingredients are naturally found in your body versus a chemical substitute. The lemony citrus flavor lacks the strange aftertaste you normally get with a stevia sweetener and it might be because they use steviol glycosides. I’m not sure but it works. Though the product is expensive and lasts me about a month with daily use, the cost is worth avoiding digestive discomfort and feeding my body something more natural. I highly recommend this for anyone seeking a more natural, stomach-friendly hydration option. It has worked exceptionally well for me.

I'm a semi-pro athlete. Managing electrolyte balance is mission-critical for me. I've used Nuun, Precision, Voost, and many many others. By far, the DFH is the best for me. The reason why is because: - it contains 4 of the 5 core electrolytes (missing calcium) - tastes good - no sugar - also has vitamin C - also has helpful things like taurine and D-Ribose which is rare Deltas for me - uses Stevia which upsets my stomach but after 3 months, it hasn't done so - magnesium isn't glycinate; it's malate and ascorbate; I prefer glycinate for pain management - it's a powder...I hate powders as they are super-messy; I prefer a tablet - no calcium - super-expensive The deltas aren't enough for me to not use the product. If you're looking for a "next level" electrolyte, this IMO is one to consider.
