Good vinegar!
I use rice vinegar a lot, it seems a little lighter sometimes and this vinegar is very nice, and a good deal. Will buy again again, love that its organic!

Great product and value, but bottle cap came broken and leaked a little into the packaging

Light flavor not overpowering.
I used it to "pickle" late season jalapenos. The vinegar flavor is light and does not over power when added to any dish.
