I recently installed this tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This little powerhouse delivers hot water instantly, and I’ve noticed a huge difference compared to my old tank water heater. No more waiting forever for the water to heat up—just turn on the faucet, and it’s ready to go! One of my favorite features is the smart control app. I can adjust the temperature easily from my phone, which is super convenient, especially when multitasking. The preset recommendations (like 104℉ for kids) are a thoughtful touch and make the experience even smoother. The heater itself is compact and sleek, taking up hardly any space on the wall, which was a big selling point for me since I live in a small apartment. It’s also energy-efficient—I’ve already noticed a drop in my utility bills, which is a win. Installation was straightforward (though I did have an electrician handle it since it requires 240V). The digital display and touch controls are intuitive, and it’s nice knowing that the safety features, like the GFCI requirement, are there for peace of mind. Overall, this water heater is a game-changer. If you’re tired of running out of hot water or dealing with bulky, inefficient tank heaters, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try. Didn't last 6 months. Never worked properly. Consistently would drop out do not purchase

My conclusion would be: better than expected I bought it for my daughter. She said it heats water quickly. It says this one has a self-modulating technology or whatever it is and ensures energy efficiency, saving my money on bills. Installation was straightforward, and it’s compact enough to fit in tight spaces such as her little apartment : )

Went out in a little over a year. 14 months to be exact. When it works it works ok we have had issues of it suddenly stopping working from day one.

Working beautifully. Only one bathroom and kitchen sink and washer. Unit has no issues keeping up and even in almost 0 temps so far. UPDATE: Just under a year of use now and have had two major issues. First issue was the safety breaker on the heating element disengaged and wouldn’t return to a functional state without my help. Got that working again after figuring out the part was and replacing it with generic parts. Second issue and one I’m not going to dig into is that now the unit won’t turn on when water is flowing. So no more hot water. Don’t know if it’s a sensor or the board that went out. No obvious visual issues and doubt I’ll be able to find the parts anyway so I’m just going to spend the money to get a higher end unit this time.

Would not work! Did not turn on or hear water or anything. Used an electrian and plumber to install and test..returned the unit and bought another company.

Pretty easy to install if you're wiring is already set, just recently installed it and it fired right up. Something I want everyone to be aware of when it comes to tankless water heaters is you must be aware of your incoming water temperature! Don't expect more out of it than what the manufacturer states that it's capabilities are. I may have to revise this review, but so far it hooked right up to the app and my internet, is easy to set, and easy to understand. Fingers crossed that it lasts a while!
