Half Pans don't quite fit 7 in a row.
Just perfect for being able to add some colour when I'm out and about. I wanted something I could use up my current wet paints with and throw in the bottom of my bag with my sketch book. Love the mixing trays! Theres even one below the paint tray.Very sturdy pretty little tin.The only very small issue is that you get given 14 half Pans. But these just about fit with a bulge. Plus without the addition of a little bit of magnet tape to the bottom of each pan, they will fall out or rattle about (even when you adjust the metal clips). Love it!

Lovely
I have several of these little paint boxes. I take the metal pan holder thingy out and by doing that I can cram anywhere between 21 to 24 half pans in, depending on the brand. I fix them in with blutack, and they’re secure. Perfect for my needs.

Empty colour pots removable so easy to clean.
Ideal size for portable use. Paint pots move and need to be attached to the base else they stick to the brush. Good to have metal mixing wells as paint does not ‘pool’ like plastic.

Sturdy and reliable
Good. I like that you get more space for colour mixing than on a Cotman which only gives you one side for a box that same size. I haven’t tried traveling with it yet but I put my squeezable paint tube watercolours in there and it’s fine. The only thing I would say that these don’t have over a Cotman is that the gaps at the ends of where you slide your trays into are larger so they slide around more and make more noise but if you don’t mind then that’s okay and it’s good value for money.

Neat sized travel paint palette
Great little product for creating own palette from woodless water soluble pencils and/or watercolour tube paints with mixing tray. Came with 14 empty half pans so 2 extra! Maybe not the smallest of metal palettes but still more than adequate as a travel tin. Well constructed and seems strong and sturdy. Very happy with purchase.
