I was very happy with the communications between myself and the seller after my purchase, with the bag arriving in reasonably good time and well-packaged. The price was also very reasonable compared to similar products by different manufacturers.On to the bag itself:It appears small at first sight, and is quite narrow. However, I was surprised at how much could comfortably fit in (it could easily handle being an everyday school bag or could be used as an overnight bag, with enough space for a complete change of clothes plus accessories). It's square base is perfectly shaped for carrying laptops, jotters and sheets of A4 paper without wasting space or damaging the items. The three well-designed front pockets also are roomy enough to be used regularly for things that might get lost in the main compartment (passport, wallet, keys, diary, phone chargers, etc.). The Zips are easy to see and open with a fancy-looking leather pull that compliments the style of the bag, which in itself is great - subtle but sleek and not too complicated. The side pockets are perfect for water bottles or an accessible snack, but small items may fall out as the pockets are not adjustable. This rucksack is also comfortable, even for a man of broad shoulders such as myself, but the straps do have to be adjusted to their furthest extent.My main problem with this bag is the ease of accessibility to the Zips. Because they have been designed to be accessible, it takes very little to open any of the bags compartments (especially the main one), potentially making theft of your belongings easier. However, as long as you are not too absent-minded you should still be able to notice someone opening your bag in a crowded area. Also I have slight concerns about the quality of the material, and feel that it may be too thin on the bottom to withstand normal wear and tear - only time will tell if my suspicions are right.Overall, this rucksack is a good purchase with good value, good styling and plenty of space. Recommended.

This bag was chosen as it was a small size (25 litre) and lightweight. It was also a great colour for me. It’s got handy side pockets for drinks and a front pocket for maps etc.
