The Hair EditSlim Chignon Pins - Large Gold Metal U-Shaped French Hair Pin Set

I bought these for my daughter, who has very long, thick, wavy hair. Two pins is all it takes to hold her hair up all day. Nice finish on the pins and no hair and scalp irritation.

These are great hairpins that are very universal. They can be used for so many different things. You can use them alone or together. They are simple elegant design, but effective. They hold the hair together well. They are sturdy and I haven't had any issues with bending or anything like that.

I have fine, thin shoulder length hair and unfortunately these were too large for the sparse amount of hair on my head. I would love to see a smaller version of this.That said, they worked great on my mother's longer curly hair. The pins are beautiful - a subtle yet elegant gold color. The finish is semi-matte and the pins themselves are VERY large. I can see these being a great option for those with thick and/or long hair.

I need three to hold up my hair

I was very pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and solid these feel! Really nice hair pins. I've never used chignon pins before but once I got the hang of them, I thought they were easy to use.I've really enjoyed The Hair Edit's hair tools so far and these pins are no exception! I would recommend them to anyone looking to up their updo game :)

I have really long hair and wear it in a bun all the time. I used to use scrunchies exclusively, but they can pull or tear your hair out if they get tangled. I like these, they stay in when put in properly and come out easily when you want to let it down. There are videos on youtube to show the different ways to use these and they are easy to follow. I struggled a lot at first to get these on properly to hold my hair but once I got the hang of it, they’re amazing! I have long hair, like almost to the thighs long hair. It’s curly and heavy and these two managed to hold it up.

This set of hairpins just didn't work for me. I have long fine hair, if you have thick hair these should work much better for you. They just slid right out of my hair not even a pretend second of holding. The pins are gold, feel and look nice.
