I like Primapore wound dressings because they work efficiently and they stick well. For wounds with a lot of blood they provide effective cover. i will buy again.

Do the job they do. I dint want to use them often.

I bought this as my vet reccommended it. I have a dog who suffers from a slow thyroid condition among other problems. She has had an open wound of about 3cm by 2.5cm on her back leg for the last 18mths. It refuses to heal due to the thyroid problem and has to be dressed on a regular basis. I have tried all the shops (Boots were the only ones I could find that sell anything large enough to cover it). I have to shave around the wound first, but these provide protection and they do not move around leaving the wound uncovered as some do.the only down side is that they rub at the hock, but all the others do too. It is due to the position of the wound and not a fault with the dressings. I will definitely be buying more. Great value for money.

I bought these to use when my daughter had an operation to insert a titanium rod and new joint into her arm and shoulder after an accident. The scar left after surgery was about 5" to 6" long but was very sore at the ends, so these were to act as a cushion to stop her clothing rubbing it causing more pain. They were ideal for the task. They covered the wound perfectly and once in place they did not move. I consider for the price they are a bargain. They are certainly well made and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a large size plaster to cover a wound.

Absolutely great for the purpose I wanted to use it for, so much so I’ve bought it again and again. The dressing is a bit painful to remove, especially on tender damaged skin

Does the job.

My husband has had a recurring wound for several months now. We have used these which are much better than the ones used by the GP surgery. He suffers from psoriasis, but his skin has not been affected by this product at all. Easy to apply, stay in place and fairly easy to remove too. No sticky residue left.

A bit pricy but as I was only given a few post op, I didn't mind as I needed more.
