tried these out at the gym and it does the muscle and stretching job. I love the flexibility of the levels it is stable for many various exercises included. They can be carried around in the pouch it has and even in a gym bag.

Overall happy with product. Grips are smaller than expected and thinner. Hope they last a while. Resistant very good for multiple uses. Great for price!

My husband needed to replace his (very old) ones. These are perfect.

I had surgery in 2023. I needed to move around, even if it was just doing stretches from physical therapy. These worked better than the bands that I received from PT, perhaps because of the handles. It comes with a QR vote to their site and an exercise card. However,I wish both had better instructions. I used the same exercises from PT and asked my therapist about others.

We are all so unique in size and build that it is practically impossible to find an exercise product that works for someone else, too. For me, these bands have a great length… but I am 5’0”. They also have great tension… but I am also pretty athletic. How did I find these? I kept ordering different ones until I got these and declared success! And that’s my recommendation for you. Don’t sweat it when ordering stuff like this. Order it, pull it out, and decide right then whether to keep it or send it back and try again. There IS equipment out there that is PERFECT for you. It took a few tries for me to find these. But all that matters is that I found them and USE them! Go for it!

I have used stretch bands for years (SPRI) & wanted to try another brand as SPRI does not rank their bands by pounds of pull per color. These do & seem accurate. However, the Hand Grips have already started splitting apart after less than a dozen uses. Without hand grips, the bands are useless. I do not feel I should need to use any type of tape to repair them, as this would be messy on the hands/gloves. The bands are OK, but the hand grips are lacking quality.

The bands themselves are good, but the handles are not, they will rip out making the band useless.
