I always seemed to have an aching neck and shoulders and this product has helped alleviate the pain. It's an interesting feeling, sometimes the feeling is slight and other times like a stinging - it depends on where it is in the program. It's easy to use and adjust the settings but if you have long hair you need to tie it up as the conductor gel gets all over it - as I found out! I love it's rechargable and it last long enough for a few goes (not sure how long between charges as I never timed it). I just wish the lower pads were a bit lower and adjustable to fit on your trapezius muscle better.

I purchased this for tight and painful muscles in my neck and shoulders. It charged really quickly and read instructions on how to use it properly. I'd say if you have a bigger neck size than a 16" it's a bit small as it didn't fit around my neck. So my wife wanted it. Put moisturizer cream on pads put it on 1st setting and pads heated up quickly but I thought it vibrated but it gives you a pulsating small shock 😲. So just make sure you can use this before purchasing as could interfere with the likes of a pacemaker 😲😲 but wife did leave it on and it does actually loosen up your tight and painful muscles

Once I interpreted the instructions I was able to reek the rewards of the product. However it took a little under ten minutes to figure out how to operate it and work through the settings. It offered a nice relief to my neck muscles but a bit inconvenient having to dampen my neck as the product gets hot to avoid burns. This seemed a bit of a risk but product does work well.

I have been used this neck massager for a month and found that my neck pain has improved a lot. I used to always suffered from neck pain as need to sitting in front of the computer for long time in a day.Before, I tried the massage pillow but that is not easy to stay at my painful side. However, this neck massager is portable and much more easy to use. It’s exactly massage my painful point and feeling it’s very light weight on my neck.For me, this massager is lack of different programme combinations choices. Nevertheless, that is more than enough to use as I will always have one or two favourites.

I would not recommend this product at all. First use it seemed okay but did leave you feeling like you’ve been lightly burnt, the next few times it felt like getting burnt and electrocuted, hardly relaxing or enjoyable. Even changing the setting and the heat to be the lowest it didn’t make much difference. Would not recommend at all. Made my neck pain worse.

Bday gift for my partner, we both love it! Light weight, has both heat and massaging electric pulses. Only complaint is that due to our body shapes we use it upside down, but it does the job. Literally typing this whilst using. Wish I could get one that does the whole back like this!

Does as it is described, but having a 18 inch collar I find it a little small
