Wrong items sent. Balloons said "Marry Me" instead of "I Love You". Luckily they were for my wife and we laughed it off. Could have been a really awkward situation for a couple that wasn't ready for marriage!

Balloons deflated only an hour after I inflated them with helium. I was planning to sell them on Valentine's day, but was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the balloons were a waste of my money. They look cheap: when I inflated the balloons, the letters became gray instead of black, probably because the balloons were really old.
