This star is beautiful I really like it

Perfect compliment to our flag pole tree

Bought for my outdoor nativity scene

The light works well, very bright, excellent quality etc. But A lot of people, like me, hook this up to a timer with which you control all your lights, because of the built in timer it forces you to turn this on manually every night... not a good feature

So far the only issue has been that the light turns off all by itself after x number of hours. Not a huge deal but still a decent star.

This star totally dresses up the railing on our upstairs porch. When I first chose it, I didn't realize it had its own timer, so I hooked it up to our outdoor timer. Then I was perplexed why it didn't light up at dusk as programmed. No instructions were included w the star. So I went back to the original listing, read more carefully the description, went back upstairs and turned it on at dusk. Et Voila! Success.It's gorgeous & was the final touch we needed to our holiday decorations. Our family is very pleased.
