It’s unavoidable given the fountain splashing. Give it a few rainfalls and it does wash away from the landscaping rocks so the Mom of house is happy.The bottle is like a can of pop size so figured will have enough to last few years at a teaspoon per use. It’s not a gallon bottle just calling that out.

I have a 15K gallon pond and a very small amount gave just the right amount of color to take the green out of the water. BEWARE, however, that even the smallest drop anywhere other than where intended and you will have stained hands and concrete. Good news is, it rinsed off my flagstone easily...not so much on my hands. Use gloves as recommended or you will look like you offed a Smurf with your bare hands for a few days. The stuff has a way of getting loose no matter how careful you are.

Great color, 1 1/2 cap full gave 750 gallon pond dark color. Algae problem greatly reduced because of limited sunlight penetration. Will buy again. 4 ounce bottle goes a long way for small ponds....Edited because I forgot to mention great customer service. The shipment was mis-directed, vendor had a replacement o the way to ne within an hour or so of my notifying them.

Use pond die sparingly. It's easy to use too much. You can always add more but harder to dilute if you use too much. If I was too do it again, i would start with half the recommended dose.I do like this product...

Very easy to use, creates a great look in our outdoor fountain. And does not hurt vegetation and any splashes wash of easily.

Very concentrated. Turned out pond a gorgeous blue. It lasts a long time as well.Wear gloves when applying! This stuff is powerful and will stain your skin.

This works as described and you can make a light or dark as you prefer. It works great!

I dislike the leaking top.. And it should come with a little dropper, attached to the cap. On the inside!!
