I've been reviewing healthy brands for Olive Oil and remembered that Starbucks tested this brand with their new Oleato infused coffee. Although I believe they discontinued it...I can imagine most having an issue with putting Olive Oil in coffee, I remembered the quality of Olive Oil they chose considering the funds they have for research.The taste is deep and rich as a good quality Olive Oil should be! My household will only consume this brand as a result!

This flavor and freshness is no match for any other olive oil!!! I use a lot of OO and have tried soooo many brands. This is tops. I live in Arizona and I even use this on my skin at night. It its very light and absorbs beautifully!!!

This is one of the best EVOOs available. I prefer to purchase the tin over dark bottle because it lasts longer.It's smooth and balanced with a hint of fruit. This is most certainly a late season harvest. Light green/yellow in appearance. Great for every day use. Quality is consistent as I've never had a bad batch after dozens of orders. Comes from Italy - specifically the Asaro family farm. They've been doing this for 5 generations.If you are looking for peppery and grassy flavor profiles, this isn't it. I'd buy their Medium for that flavor profile. That's an early harvest and is darker green in appearance. You could also try Paesano, another excellent early harvest.Enjoy!

Very good lite fruity taste. Used in foccacha, frying, salad dressing, on fettuccine with parmesan as the sauce. Not as expensive as some that claim to be cold pressed. Light green color.
