We ordered this for our son who has cerebral palsy and is unable to use his arms or hands. The concept is great, but it isn't quite as conducive to his use as we had hoped. Both my husband and I have used it and enjoy the convenience of it. It is very durable and the magnet holds an iPhone very strongly. It is a bit cumbersome to have something hanging around your neck, but being able to be hands free while watching a video or program outweighs any apprehension you may have about using it.

I just have to write in to say that this product is absolutely incredible I usually don't write reviews but the go with is so amazing and life changing that I had to chime in I was in a car accident about 3 months ago and I lost use of my right most dominant hand and therefore it was a struggle to navigate my phone the go with has helped tremendously, It is so comfortable I've fallen asleep while wearing it and slept for a while with it on! Not even joking so helpful everyone needs one.

I really liked this device! It is very easy to adjust to many different angles I can use it with my phone, Ipad Air 2 and kindle. I did not give it a full 5 stars because the stickiness in the metal plates that you put on your devices are poor. I carefully cleaned and dried the device prior to putting the base sticker on and then attached the metal plate to my ipad. I pressed firmly and let it sit for an hour. The first night it worked great. The next night, after about 15 minutes, my iPad started to slip off magnet and I realized that the metal plate was still attached to the magnet but was no longer attached to the iPad. I tried multiple times to get the metal plate to stick to iPad but it kept sliding off. I ended up buying better 3M sticky metal plates and now it all works well. As better adhesive on the metal plates you send out and this would be a 5 star product

This little gadget is a cool concept, it's just still falling short, literally. When putting it around your neck it makes your phone really up in your face. So not good for video chats, or playing games, maybe only for watching something while staying perfectly still. Don't expect to be able to lay there and tap the screen more than once in a while, because it's not far from your face for one, for two it would really wear out your arm.The stiffness of the gadget is a little too much. I get that it needs to be in order to hold shape. Just keep in mind if you are on the weak side you'll have a very hard time changing it's shape. Which is the whole idea of it, to be able to change it's shape at will for your needs at that specific time. Even for me, it's a hard cumbersome task. I do however like the fact that it is a magnet holder instead of the stupid little arms that other ones have. With that being said would only hold a phone, not strong or big enough for anything else.

UPDATE on my previous review. Apparently, the company reads the reviews and contacted me to let me know they were not happy that I was not satisfied - they sent me another unit with strong magnets. There are two magnetic pads that have a very sticky back - I used the large one on my iPad and it holds great! I used the smaller one on my cell phone and that works great also. Now I am very happy that I have a product that works as I wanted it to!OLD REVIEW: Got carried away with prime day and when I saw this I didn't read the entire description. It only holds up to one pound. My iPad, which is what I bought this for, weighs 1.5 pounds. Plus it doesn't even feel like the iPad has enough metal on it to attract it to the magnet. The GoWith holder does hold my 5.7-ounce phone. However, it seems as if there are four magnets in the pad of the holder but not all of them have equal strength. So - my bad for believing the "super powerful magnet works with any device" headline. But I did discover that the magnet on the GoWith will hold the iPad magnetic cover that I use, so I am using the cover to hold it onto the holder. This magnetic cell phone holder was a replacement for a different manufacturer's product. That manufacturer's holder cracked from the rod forces exerted on it'. This product fully resolves those shortcomings by using a strong magnet design to hold my phone.PROSIt's super convenient to place the phone on the unit or remove it without the risk of dropping. Also, the phone is easily rotated between portrait and landscape viewing. The metal rods are strong and keep the phone in position with no sagging.CONSYou'll need to re-bend the default position of the metal rods around the neck area to make the unit more comfortable. The solid rods don't bend into different positions as easily/precisely as a rod comprised of many links, but it's really not an issue as they are truly flexible enough.

I have arthritis in my hands and it is hard to hold my Kindle. This works great. I had an older version that didn't have a magnet, just a spring loaded holder, which I liked but eventually wore out. The magnet is a great improvement and the way it turns so easily to adjust to what ever angle my head is at is wonderful. Love this product.

I'm really enjoying this purchase. I often check my email and read my news feed while laying in bed, and this takes the strain off my neck by positioning my phone in front of my face. It's also nice that I don't have to hold the phone all the time, which sounds lazy but I've noticed some carpal tunnel-like symptoms from doing this as I get older. And a weird positive is that the foam around the neck portion smells like coffee to me, so it helps wake me up! The only negative - and this could be huge for some users - is that when rotating the phone it thinks that my S-Pen on my Galaxy Note 9 has been removed. I assume sensors in the phone detect the metal in the arms as the pen. The only real problem with this is that I cannot use the pen while using this product. Not a deal-killer for me, although somewhat inconvenient at times, but if you count on using the S-Pen with your Note 9 I would take this into consideration.

This item is very sturdy. A little too much so as is hard to shape as needed. It is so thick that it is not very comfortable across the back of neck. Disappointed in my purchase
