I got this to put on my Mr. Heater Big Buddy for ice fishing. It works awesome to keep the air moving in my tent and helps spread the heat outward. The fan comes with a nice tray that clips on your heater or you can use the fan on a wood burning stove. The biggest thing I like is it doesn't take any batteries at all to make it work. Science baby! So It will work for a long time out on the ice day after day and you don't have to remember batteries. So nice. Its quite and spins nice and fast when its heated up. Which only takes about a minute depending on your setup and stuff.

I was skeptical. My husband was more skeptical still. We have a small wood burning stove which helps keep our lower level above 60 degrees in the cold season in the north where we live. We put this little puppy on top of the stove not thinking that it would it would start to turn its little blades, but amazingly it did! And although the amount of air flow is minimal from the small stove, it is enough to circulate some of that air into the room rather than up toward the ceiling. I chose this particular fan because he had decent reviews and because I thought that it would actually work on our little stove. We may get another one and use them in tandem. It's also nice to look at the stove to see if the fan is turning fast or slowly because that helps gauge whether we need to stoke up the fire.

It works. Does the job fairly well. Just gotta give it a Kickstart to get it going. Item update: Stopped working. Bought in December. Return window closed. Have not heard back from customer service.

This same company makes a fan with only three blades. I have tested this one against the one with only three, and the one with three blows more air. I held a piece of paper in front of each of them, and the one with three won. That said, the quality of this fan is good, and nothing beats moving air without using any electricity or batteries!

I am very pleased with this purchase. The fan really does work, without electricity. ( absolute BONUS! ) With the cost of electricity these days, I am totally impressed with the invention of this fan!!! I switched out a pellet stove back to a wood stove..to be more economically efficient. Pellet stoves needs electricity to work, and the cost of pellets are outrageous. After experiencing "multiple" power-outages last winter, along with the increasingly higher electric bills..it was a no-brainer to completely do away with all electric heat. While preparing for the wood stove, I came across this fan with the thermostat. I was a bit skeptical, but ultimately decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did! It Immediately begins to work as soon as the heat hits the top of the stove from the fire. (Within a couple of minutes) very impressive, how the heat blows. I highly recommend this fan for anyone with a wood burning stove, who wishes to be efficient...off grid...non- dependent on electric/power companies. I plan to purchase another one for the other side of my stove, so to have heat blowing from the left side and the right side..also, will buy the fan which attaches to the wood stove pipe. Stay cozy!

Got this as a present for someone who burns a wood stove. Works great, very quiet and moves air effectively.

This works however it squeels and whines loudly. Needs to go back.

I bought this for my multi stove back in November 2022 and its still working this day. Its nice and simple and looks great when its spinning around. Its very quiet and makes no noise at all which surprised me. It works very well and speeds the room heating up when the fires on. I was thinking of buying a second one to have on the opposite side of the stove to make it look better but I'm still undecided.

Fonctionnement conforme à la description mais puissance largement insuffisante. Même avec le Poêle au maximum le ventilateur ne brasse l'air que jusqu'à maximum 50 cm/70 cm du foyer... Aucun effet notoire dans la pièce... argent gaspillé...

Fits perfectly in my sauna ! Quiet and circulates warm air in the winter.
