Works Great!
This claw does what it does and does it well! Haven't bent or broken it yet like some others so fingers crossed! nice and heavy duty! no problems with alignment or assembly, just read what you're assembling and you'll do fine.

Practical, well designed product.
We live in an area that has sandy soil. This cuts right through the roots of small trees and tufts of grass/shrubs without issue. Really pleased with it and it comes with a replacement ripping tine! We hit a big root that would have caused the implement to bend but the shear bolt did its job and sheared and saved the implement. Well engineered. FYI, keep in mind that when any implement states 16" deep or such, that how far the implement drops and not the actual depth of cut. Depending on how low your tractor 3 point will drop dictates how deep you're going to be able to go with this. We have a larger tractor so we get a shallower trench due to the 3 point being higher off the ground. I would buy this product again, works really well.

Good for the right soil
Worked great for my needs for a while till it snapped. It has been welded together and serves a purpose but it's definitely not for rocky terrain

Great implement
this item did exactly what I needed it to do. heavy duty. held up against some tough ground. I hooked it to the back of my side beside to loosen up some soil. I found the value to be there.

Tough little ripper!
Nice & heavy duty, indeed. Ran a 125' line of 1/2" PVC to my garden with very little effort. Even tore through a couple of maple roots with ease. Nice little ripper! I added another bolt just because.

One design flaw
The implement is made out of heavy duty materials and works as expected. But, the receiver pin hole is drilled too close to the end. This is a design flaw that causes all of the pressure and torque of the blade to be exerted right on the very entrance lip of the receiver. In my case this caused the receiver sleeve to tear under heavy use. I welded on a new sleeve and then drilled a new hole further down the shaft allowing the shaft/bar to insert all the way through the receiver sleeve. This distributed the torque out over a larger area and now it works perfectly. If you buy this, do yourself a favor and drill a hole in the 2 inch bar much further down the bar if you plan on using it in heavy or clay soils.

Good product
Exceeded my expectations. Built strong enough for most small landscape tractors. I used it to rip up some drought stricken hard clay that was like concrete, handling it with no problems.

Works too well.
Very heavy duty. I connected it to my ATV’s 2 inch hitch during the first initial pull. I made it about 2 inches before it broke my 2 inch receiver completely off. Unfortunately, I had to return it due to no longer having a 2 inch receiver on my ATV. Highly recommend using a one (atv) or three point hitch or a tractor when using this ripper.
