These women's probiotics work pretty well. These probiotics capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave a bad aftertaste. Plus, these women's probiotics are cheaper than my other brand. If you take the recommended dosage of 2 capsules per day, you will get 300 Billion CFU per day. These probiotics have been easy to take, and I have been slowly increasing the CFU per day, so I am currently taking two probiotics capsules per day at 300 Billion CFU. I am happy at this current level, this bottle of probiotic for women will actually last me 1 months. I have had no bad side effects at all, and I continue to see better gut health and stomach comfort.

The probiotic is very effective. Within the first two weeks of using this women's probiotic you will notice the difference, it is the best vaginal probiotic for the money. Over the years, due to overuse of antibiotics, I have tried almost everything to help my PH levels go down. I love how these have all the ingredients a woman needs for a probiotic & prebiotic in 1 serving a day, which is 2 capsules. No refrigeration needed! I know this probiotic for women will work and what I love the most (as im sure others will agree) is the price of this probiotic is way cheaper than what I was using previously. All the qualities that my previous bottle had is the same as this one. Identical in all ways. Its just more affordable. I have more energy and I am in a better mood generally.
