I bought this for a friend, who told me that this hat runs a little small.

I measured my head at 24” so I ordered the XL which is for 24” mine is actually 22.5” which is a medium according to their sizing claim. Also, it smells like rodent urine inside and out upon opening the package.

Size came as expected. I have subsequently ordered two more, 0.5 inch smaller. The kufis are very nice looking and feel quite sturdy. Several people at the local masjid made favorable comments on appearance. While I reduced the size by half an inch on my current order, do not take that as a criticism of the supplied size. I was sent EXACTLY what I ordered. It is just a little bit of loose fit (and that is because I ordered a tiny bit larger than I measured, because it is so hard to get kufis that fit! These come precisely as ordered, so measure you head with a tape measure and trust it. Highly recommended.

This is a hat that is stiff and unforgiving it is not true to size I am a perfect 43, 7-3/8 inch head and this is just a tad small and because it’s so stiff and unforgiving it does not stretch at all and the entire hat it’s like wearing I cooking pot on my head.

It really feels awesome in hot areas on your head, and you should research what "alawee" means. And research kufi as a hat in itself. It is an amazingly done hat. I want more stuff like it

The hat I purchased was about a half of inch smaller than my actual size. I cut it a little and it fits fine. Thank you.
