Great coconut flour
This coconut flour is a great product. I thought I would try it because I tried Jan's root chips and was pleased with those. This flour is smooth and does have a good coconut flavor. I used the flour to thicken soups and stews and also as a breading mixed with Riceland's https://www.amazon.com/Riceland-Whole-Grain-Fish-Breading/dp/B0722XY3CN/ref=sr_1_fkmrnull_2?keywords=riceland+coating&qid=1554273821&s=gateway&sr=8-2-fkmrnullbrand used for coating meats or veggies prior to baking. I plan to try mixing this in with other flour to make breads that have a taste of coconut.

You should try this vit supplement
This vitamin supplement is very good. I take it once a day and I feel good. I used to feel weak and lousy but since I take this I am feeling much better my strength is back.

Super product
Super product. I enjoy baking like this product. You can combine it with almond flour or just use it in specific recipes on its own. It’s good quality. Multiple uses. You can use it for low-carb for vegetarian or vegan and you can be creative with it. I will continue to use it I don’t have enough good things to say about it.

Good for baking and being on Keto, paleo, anti- candida diet. Wish you got more for the price but a great brands highly recommended !

Great for baking.
I bake quite a bit and I recently started using coconut flour to make low carb banana bread and muffins. You can use it to fry chicken as well. Good product. Will use again.

Coconut flour is not a complete flour.
Coconut flour isn't a complete flour. It hardly achieved anything without the aid of a different kind of flour. It messed up my pastries many times
