HiLife Perfection - Wet Cat Food - Flaked Tuna Loin in Jelly - Natural Ingredients Grain Free, 18 Pouches x 70g

Okay so my cat has eaten this for 2 years but now the quality of the packets is hit or miss with him, one whiff and he knows whether or not he is going to like it, unfortunately my recent delivery of 3 boxes of 18 are all squishy mushy stuff instead of tuna loin in jelly, not a bit of jelly in sight! Anyone else had this expensive problem? Is there a storage issue or change of recipe?

I have bought these tuna in jelly sachets before & my cats love them. Today's delivery was both ANNOYING & DISAPPOINTING. Email stated the box had been handed to me personally. NOT TRUE, it was left on my porch. The box usually arrives sealed in plastic wrap, inside another box. Today the inner box was left with plastic wrap torn & two sachets missing, so there were 16 instead of 18. The address sticker was stuck on over the plastic wrap so the outer box had been omitted. I rang CS but could not connect. Instead I was directed to a link advising me to return product. WHAT A HASSLE! I'm disabled & have no help but I manage my situation well. Having to pack this product & take it down to GPO is a nightmare for me. I buy lots from Amazon because of its reliability & smooth running service. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS!!

The ingredients of this cat food has been changed - My cats used to love it, now they will not touch it. Instead of the proper looking tuna meat it has been replaced by some orangey/brown mess. I had just purchased 2 boxes, total waste of money, really disappointed

Same packaging a Hilife Perfection Cat food. It came from Thailand. Put it straight in bin. Do not buy!

No sure what's in this, but my cat takes one sniff and walks away. I have two neighbouring cat that pop on everyday for their second breakfasts and they too look at me with a 'you must be kidding' face?

I have recently transitioned my cat from a much pricier online subscription brand and was trying to find something that matches the quality but a little less expensive. This has gone down a treat and I think he even prefers it to the previous brand (Blink).

I have 3 cats and as most cat owners know they can be very, very fussy eaters. All 3 of them love these pouches...I got the tuna ones. I bought these before but not online and at £12.60 for 18 pouches I am actually paying a bit less by ordering them online. Will be buying more on a regular basis provided they don't increase the price. Very happy customer. EDIT: Was going to buy these again after leaving the above review but have noticed they have increased from £14.53 to £26.70 so won't be buying again unfortunately EDIT 2: just bought 18 of these pouches at B and M for 55p each which is £9.90 and amazon still wants nearly £27.00 for the same amount of pouches?....sort yourself out amazon and stop overcharging for things like this otherwise people like me will shop elsewhere.

My cats will not eat the product . I thought that they would love it but unfortunately not. Please will you cancel my subscription for the rest . I am sorry for the inconvenience. At least I tried it for them
