It does come with a tripod adaptor to make installing on a tripod easy!This kit includes two filters, a white and an amber. They easily slide in and out the front of the light box.It has two dial adjustments, one for color brightness and the other for temperature., rather than just an on or off, this has various levels you can adjust the light to, making it very customizable to your situation. They were smart to include a way to connect multiple lights if desired with the extension connector provided. Simply slide the connector in the slot on the box and add another light box.Power options:1. Six AA batteries,2. NP-750 battery pack (supplied)3. 9V DC power if you have the adaptorI use the battery supplied with the unit and it works great, makes it an easy portable solution This unit does have a little button you can press to see the current power level that remains on the battery. Included are various battery adaptors for use on a camera.I include a video to show the various lighting options.I've been using a light stick, I look forward to using this portable, power light box as an alternative.

16-18 LED beads were dead on my light when it arrived, the light itself function as intended otherwise. Unfortunately I was in a bind and really needed this light for a string of gigs so now I'm stuck with this light panel that has 5% of it's LEDs being dead. It still provides adequate light so I'm going to keep it, good thing I didn't pay too much for it.

The light is wonderful the included battery is nice I bought a 9v adapter for it. What I am not please about is paying $50 for dead leds out of the box
