I should say packing was good , quality is good , But one item inside was broken , this was meant for my son , he already saw me unpacking , that's the only reason I'm not returning this cycle because he wont allow me , don't fool customers by sending broken items

The bike if good quality and fits well for a 3 - 5 year old child. However, you need to build the bike by yourself!!! It is really difficult to build the break system. Also, explanations are almost non-existent. Still, the bike is robust and my son likes it. We chose it because it is difficult to find a boy's bike with a basket. Also, he likes to take on other friends behind him in the luggage carry place.

if you are not familiar with the intallation then be ready to spend hours. Better get with installation package. Quality is stong, running smooth.
