Creaky bones better in 5 day! I use as a morning skin oil while having coffee and it wakes me up and in 3 weeks little cheek blood vessels had diminished! I just down a teaspoon as soon as I wake up. Definitely ordering a second bottle. Thankx !

Product gets 4.5 Stars, but due to poor dispensing design, it gets 3 Stars. For the price, you expect to be able to use 100% of the product. Unfortunately, when you pour the oil, no matter how you do it, it spills and leaks. Reached out to the producer and have been informed that they have new spill proof bottling only available on their website and not on Amazon. Interesting.

My wife and I take this daily. Has truly helped my sinus issues. My wife used to lose hair in the shower frequently... now that she has been taking the cumin seed oil, it has completely stopped. We also take the 5 seed blend and Oceans Alive... well I take the Oceans Alive, my wife says it tastes like pond water and wants no part of it, lol.. she'll come around.

Black Cumin has been described as "the oil that cures everything but death". Panaseeda is the most pure form of black cuminon the market. A MUST.

This is a very high quality oil. I have used other brands and this one is by far the best. I like that it's in a glass bottle because I read that black cumin seed oil will break down plastic over time and then you will have the chemicals from the plastic in the oil. I do wish they sold this brand in capsules as it's hard for me to take straight. Many reviews said it tastes like kerosene? Actually, it tastes more like oregano oil; I used to take oregano oil and I find the taste quite similar. The difference is that my body could not tolerate the oregano oil whereas I have no problems taking black cumin seed oil.

I take a teaspoon of this oil each evening with a glass of water to wash it down. I think I am going to have to switch to mornings as it makes me so energetic. This is the highest quality I have found and it certainly has helped with my IBS, dry skin and arthritis as this is the only thing really different I have done and all have improved considerably.

I highly recommend Activation black cumin seed oil and the 5 seed blend. I use the cumin oil an hour before exercise.....it gives a boost. I feel like taking the 5 seed blend is a quality and convenient substitute in place of eating the seeds....could never consume that many! Both feel naturally tailored for a man's health needs too.....not a lot of that around. Thank you Activation:-)

I'm a big fan of natural remedies and self maintenance through healthy eating. I'm satisfied with an actual oil, but not happy with the bottle. It's recommended to shake the bottle before taking oil, but I noticed that the oil is coming out from underneath the cap. I started wrapping the bottle in the tissue, so my shelf in the refrigerator won't get oily. It is very upsetting, since we all know how valuable and expensive the oil, to see that I'm having a loss of a precious product every time I use it. Bottle and the cap need an improvement.
