Namaste Kid Yoga Motion Bundle - Kids Yoga DVD, Eco-Friendly Yoga Mat, Water Bottle

Got this for my 3 year old and have been using it for almost a year now! She loves it and will ask to do yoga all the time. I have also find her practicing yoga without the video now. It was really nice to get it all packed up together. I love that it is tailored to children and she uses concepts that they know. "a tree growing and blowing in the wind" for example. I will definitely be buying these as gifts in the future.

My Granddaughter loved this. Now instead of having time out her mom says she has to do 10 minutes of yoga. (Which she loves) and it calms her down. It's a win win all around. 😀

New neice loved this. Wanted to take it out of the box right away. She has seen me do yoga before and has taken an interest in yoga because of that. She needs an instructor, she won't just practice yoga on her own so the DVD is a nice help.

Excelent for kids under 7 probably. My niece is 6 and fits ok inside the mat. Cool unisex colors and the DVD has a track for parents too. Well packed and was a great christmas present.

Let me tell you this bundle is a God send. I used to have so many issues getting my lil guy to slow down and get ready for bed. but this does the trick. It gets him calm and is now a permanent part of our night time routine.

My son loved this set and uses it often. My only issue is I wish that each yoga session was longer.

Great intro to yoga! Engaging instructor makes learning yoga fun. We got hooked on this dvd immediately. The bottle and mat complete the great package.
