This looks like a dark bundt pan, do the cakes come out darker. I'd like my cakes to have light golden crusts.

Check the internet on darker cake pans. They do make a difference. I have two bundt pans one dark and one silver. I have to lower my temperature for the darker pan. If not my crust will be darker and the cake will over cook if I use the same tim e and temperature. My original bundt I have had for 45+ years. The darker pan much much less. I bake at 300 degrees in dark pan. It works fine. Crust is beautiful. Of course I test for doneness always. I hope this helps. Cora M.

Is a 10" bundt cake pan the same as a 12 cup bundt cake pan?

Yes. A 10" bundt cake pan holds 12 cups.

Is the interior light or dark? The pictures do not show the interior.

The one I received Aug 2020 is lined no-stick dark gray. Like T-Fal. Not black like Teflon. If that helps. I love it. Very heavy duty.

Does this pan have handles that allow you to flip it over easily?

No handles, sorry. I usually place a plate over it & hold it one with one hand, slide the whole thing to the edge of the counter so I can get my other hand (sometimes in a pot holder or oven mitt) under the bottom into the ring, then flip it over onto the plate while making sure to keep a firm, flat hand on the plate. Hope this helps!
