Convenient Powdered Pandan
Pandan leaves are used in southeast Asian cooking, often for desserts, but it can also be used in savory cooking. Having a grassy flavor with floral and vanilla notes, it can also be made into a hot or cold tea. However, usually cooking with pandan requires access to an Asian grocery story that stocks it. Also, you need to boil, pulverize and filter the leaves to get a juice that you can use. This powdered pandan is very convenient. You can just add the powder into whatever recipe that calls for it. No mess, no fuss. And since it is so simple to use, you can easily experiment, adding it to different recipes and taste the result.

Fine powder with a flavor similar to spinach
This is a very fine powder. Finer than powdered sugar. It has a taste I would say like spinach, which I suppose makes sense. Apparently this stuff can sure everything from dandruff to migraines. I read online that you can use it as a natural food coloring for icings and stuff like that, but I would think it would make it taste like spinach, unless you used a tiny amount. But it seems to be what it says, so if you are looking for some green stuff to mix into your shakes, I think a little will go a long way here.

Pandan leaves powder
This Pandan Leaves Powder comes in 4.0oz and in a resemble bag. It’s 100% Natural Powder, Free of Added Sugar, Gluten-Free, and No GMO. I got it to try it out on the crepes. It good with the color green but if you want more flavorful you will need to add more powder to have that strong pandan leaf scent. It doesn’t taste much than just spinach or leafy green. However if the aroma that’s with it, makes it unique to make sweet treat. Decent quality and convenient

A bit bland
This pandan powder was not as fragrant nor flavorful as I was hoping. The powder is fine and the color is very green as expected but the quality isn't quite what I was hoping for. It does blend well but you will need a lot of this to get any pandan flavor.

Blends easily (Great for baking and lattes!)
I love pandan, and this powder smells and tastes like pandan. To me, pandan smells like grassy vanilla with a little bit of nuttiness. It is not an overpowering taste, but it is something that is difficult to replicate. Honestly, it is one of my favorite flavors, and it is difficult to find where I'm at. As a note, pandan usually pairs well with flavors like coconut and mango.I like using powder for things like waffles and cakes. This powder worked great in sugar cookies as well as crepes. The green comes very vibrant.I thought the powder blended easily, and it tastes great in a pandan oat milk latte.

Blend easily
This pandan powder can blend easily with water. It smells just like pandan leaves. There's really no taste other than smell great. The color is vibrant and quality is good. I used to blend pandan leaves for baking or make dessert. Now I can use the powder and save time from blending and straining pandan leaves.

Smells fresh!
I can't comment on specific effects I feel from this dark green powder, as I add it to my morning smoothie along with many other things, however it smells great (almost like wheatgrass powder), and very fresh, and mixes well.

Very grassy, not like other pandan powder I've used
I did not care for this pandan leaf powder. It has a super grassy taste, and I cannot detect any of the vanilla or nuttiness that I expect from pandan. I tried using this powder various ways -- steeped in milk, mixed into some sugar cookie dough, mixed into a neutral ice cream base -- and the grassy flavor was all I could ever taste. Do not recommend.
