Ameriflame R260-510 Medium Duty Single Stage Acetylene Regulator with CGA510 Inlet

My product came already opened with the top of the packaging cut off, when I took the regulator out the little screen on the inside of the part that screws into the tank fell right out, when its suppose to stay in place. To me it looks like I got sent something that had already been returned, so I refunded it. When it comes to pressurized gasses, there is ABSOLUTELY 0 room for negligence. When negligence comes into place you are risking somebody's life. Luckily I was able to identify the faulty part before i tried to use it and put myself in danger simply because a company would rather make a few bucks instead of making sure the customer is safe. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs and go with a more expensive regulator. I have gone the cheap regulator route many times and it always breaks with in several years. I truly learned my lesson this time. Go with quality, not faulty equipment that belongs in the trash.
