There are so many good things about this dryer. First, the heat game is top notch. Was pleasantly surprised by how hot it got. I Could only take 30 mins on high heat. Second, the hooks to keep cord attached to pole was a nice touch. I like these orderly so that detail was appreciated. Third, the bonnet part of dryer strews into the pole. That ensures it stays connected and doesn’t tilt over and break off like my last unit that just sat on the pole. Fourth, the wheel base is a good size so the wheels roll freely. I read the review about the wheels don’t fit. They do but it took some muscle. You have to screw them in then push them in if that makes sense. Besides the frustration of getting wheels snapped in, placing that metal plate was a source of trouble for me. Took me a minute to realize the L shaped bolt stays into the center hub. Anyway, it all worked out. The instructions weren’t the best but they helped me get thru it. I do recommend as the dryer really works. Hopefully, it last awhile.

Update: Fire hazard BE CAREFUL! Downgraded to 1 stars. As you will see below, this hair dryer stopped blowing yesterday after several months of working well. Last night I plugged it back in to see if maybe it was a temporary problem from the morning. In less than a minute I could see the top coil getting bright red. In a few seconds it started to smoke out of the top! I am certain that had I not turned it off and unplugged it immediately, it would have caught on fire. Had I been sitting under it instead of looking at it trying to figure out the problem, it could have been a horrific outcome. I did nothing different at all. Buyer beware! I cannot recommend buying, even on sale. Orginal review: Actually, this standing hair dryer worked fairly well for an at home personal dryer for several months. Hot enough. I didn't use it too often, maybe 2-4 times a month for less than 20 minutes at a time. But today I ran into the same problem as many others...it just stopped blowing. I can hear the motor running but the fan to blow the air out has just stopped. So...if you can catch it on sale, maybe. But I doubt you'll keep this for years.

It’s good, easy to use, air flow is nice. The only downside is one of the wheels doesn’t attach correctly so it always falls off when it’s moved around.

The product works great!!! I would give 5 stars if the wheels weren't so difficult to put on. Only 1 leg came pre-installed with the wheel. The other 4 wheels does not lock in at all, so the dryer is not leveled and I can't roll it around. Also, the hood of the dryer doesn't flip back/up like the ones in the salon. Other than that. I'm pleased with how good the dryer works.
