I buy this table 3 monts ago and I brok I customer fall now I have to pay for his injuries

Purchased the table a few months ago and had one leg fold in on itself while client was on the table. Have not thrown it away yet but looks unfixable

It's nice and wide, attractive looking and the lightest to carry that's available. Price pretty great too. Highly recommend. Use it every day. Sturdy.

very unstable

Product arrived broken. I had to bring it to a UPS store to return - seller refused to offer UPS pickup despite sending me a broken table. Leg was defective.

Fabulous light weight table! Easy to carry/transport. Much lighter than standard table and just as sturdy with same attachments!

I am not the type to write a bad review because I like to give the company a chance to fix it first. But after many attempts of trying to get this fixed and solved, they just ignored me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.I bought 2 tables from this company, both broke in the exact same places. The cushion goes through the hole and the plastic on the other end breaks with screws completely out. The table also squeaks too... imagine giving someone a massage on a squeaky table - how annoying is that!The first table broke earlier as it was used for massage. It was after 1 month of use and they were great to have still refunded me the full amount. No complains there. The second table broke later on because we were not really using it till later, and when we did use it, it broke after a couple of uses as well. I emailed them again to have this refunded as I cannot use it, and they said no refunds after 1 month of purchase. They said they will try to fix it or send me a new one if not fixable. However, after having 2 tables from them, I was not confident that a fixed or new table will be any better. Its is just a cheap table. However, since I was not able make a case to get a refund, I guess I had to settle with fixing it or getting me a new table.Next thing I did was accept the offer and asked them to send me a shipping label for the return. It was the only option they gave me. I had emailed them several times and they seem to ignore whatever I ask them and tell me that they can't help me and I have to send the table back. I was just asking for a prepaid shipping label - something that was given to me before, now they won't. Everything I had asked was actually provided the first time, so I don't understand why they are giving me a hard time the second time when the exact same thing happened. They had refunded the first table even after 1 month, and gave me a prepaid postage. I was asking for the same thing for the same problem with the second table.These are very CHEAP tables, do not buy them! They break and squeak. It is a waste of money. Customer service was horrible, they just ignore your concerns completely and eventually ignore your emails. Save you money and go to Earthlite for your tables instead. A wayy better investment!

We are enjoying having this massage table so much! It's very easy to set up and take down and is so sturdy when massaging, even when massaging someone who is upwards of 250 pounds. The table is steady as a rock. It's lots long enough that there's still room at the end with a person who is 6 feet tall and is also plenty wide enough. Well worth the money! Even with all its sturdiness, it's very light weight and easy to fold up and put away by one person. One person can put it up but it's easier with two. Very highly recommended.

So far so good. While I haven't really put this to work as much as I intended to by this point, it has been a successful buy. It feels sturdy when my clients are laying on it and the carry bag is especially fab for taking it on the go. I am using it as a lash extension bed so it doesn't get shoved around (like maybe it would during an intense massage say), so it's great for my purposes.I do wish it locked in the open position though. Perhaps it does and I'm just missing something, because that feels like it should be a standard feature. But of you push on the end of the bed to move it for instance, it buckles in the middle.

I use this bed for eyelash extensions and it is perfect so I purchased two. I am able to fit my legs comfortably underneath with no troubles. Plus, it is a little bit lighter than my old table.
