Not the quality I was expecting.
Not the quality I was expecting. After only one use, and hours of soaking in water with Dawn soap, we had to scrup so hard that the finish came off. We used it to cook a meat loaf that came out fine, but not the pan. Maybe we got a defective product.

Coating chipping off
Love the concept of nonstick pans but have found a lot of the copper products do not clean or endure as advertised. We have used this for meatloaf and making banana bread but have found large pieces of the coating gone for no apparent reason. even though they say we can use metal tools with them we have been very careful. I will throw these away as I assume the chips ended up in our food. I wish they could make a product that would last as advertised or be willing to accept returns. I don't believe this pan is defective, I think they will all do this and as such are a waste of money.

nice pan
I like this pan. The only thing I don't like about it (and other pans with this type of edge) is that water gets up in the outside edge & then drips out when I take it out of the dishwasher so I have to put it on some paper towels until it all comes out before I can put it in my cabinet...

Copper lining peeled after 2 uses.
Product copper lining pealed off. Only used twice. My window to return closed 5 days ago. Hoping the seller sees this to send replacement.

It will meet all expectations
The pan is exactly what I was looking for and was not only lightweight but I didn't have to spray the pan before pouring the brownie batter in the pan. Also the brownies came out of the pan without leaving any crumbs in the pan. It will easy to clean and maintain.

This pan is perfect. The meatloaf came out without any trouble and the pan is easy to clean.
