Decent workout
These twist bars are pretty strong. I use them for a few minutes and feel the burn in my arms.

Very helpful and easy to use
i got these to use since I've been having carpal tunnel issues on both of my hands. The are super easy to use and come with different resistances as well as color coding. They are very helpful to me and are made very sturdy. You can find many exercises on the internet for these. Must buy!!

i returned it
way stiffer than the one at the physical therapist's office; perhaps the colors weren't matching up on the resistance weight or something, I couldn't not even twist it at all.
