If you purchase this product research how much and how often to take it. As your beta lanine stores in your muscle over time you will begin to see very noticeable real results in about two weeks. Your muscles will not fatigued on your last sets and you will eventually hav to add on more weight just to match your higher levels of endurance.I cycled on for three weeks then began to drop my dosage. During the fifth week as i further dropped the dosage I began the first week load on Creatine. I cycled off this product during my second week on creatine.I have no desire to be the strongest man in the gym. I simply find my recovery much more challenging at th age of 48 than it was twenty years ago. These supplements allow me to recover like I did twenty years ago. In those days I was twice as strong. I weighed 186 vs 203 like today. I took no supplements other than cheese burgers yet ran five miles outdoors every other day. For the bad reviews, Maths is hard. 'Feeling' Beta Alanine is a myth. Sometimes you feel it, sometimes not. I'm not a Dr. do your own research.I purchased another brand, of red capsules that did nothing for my workouts. I tried ProLabs and am now taking half the recommended and the workouts are amazing. I do mostly all dropsets, cuz I'm old. I have plenty of energy after 2 hours of working out. Prior to Beta Alanine (or with that crappy red capsule) I could hardly make it through an hour.Mental? Maybe... 25ish dollars for couple months supply? Priceless.

Love these capsules, it's an easy way for me to sneak my beta-alanine in before workouts and with meals. I really do notice a difference in my endurance and amount of reps I can crank out during training sessions. If I forget to take it before a session, I don't feel as strong. I've tried many supplements over the years, but this one is in my permanent arsenal!

Good stuff right here. Helped me through a shoulder/neck injury and got me back on my fitness track. Really like this stuff in pill form so I can take it throughout the day. I just ordered Nutriforce Brand Carrnosyn Beta Alanine in powder form. After I'm done with it, i'll definitely reorder this.

These are great! Gives a terrific, clear energy that sticks with you during the workout. I'll take them as a preworkout, and post workout. Post, my energy still feels great, with no annoying jitters. Will purchase again!

The pills are pretty small, meaning I have to take several to get the desired effect. I have also read that it can take weeks for Beta-Alanine to really do it's magic as a pre-workout supplement.. so still waiting on feeling the difference there

I ordered this product a couple of times, and really feels the effect of it. I changed to another brand, just to try something different, but I don't like it, and will be back to this brand.
