Good quality. I'm 69 and been using bans a couple years now. With this door strap makes changing exercises without changing weights and always lifting and replacing. Anyway I would recommend this to anybody.

This anchor strap is a welcome addition to my home gym. It's a major improvement over similar anchor straps that I have recently used. Here's the MAIN thing...There is NO comparison between this product and some of the flimsy anchor straps that are being sold. I almost got badly injured when my previously purchased strap BROKE in the middle of an ab pull-down exercise, and it almost sent me "flying"! Very dangerous! This anchor is at least 1.5x as wide, much thicker, and made so much better; the rings are much bigger and sturdier, and the buckle is heavy-duty as well. I've included a couple of pics where hopefully you can see the difference. The 1st picture is a comparison of my previous anchor (I had 2 and one broke, as I mentioned). The one on the left is the TRIBE anchor compared to the much thinner and flimsier anchor on the right, and the 2nd pic is a close-up of the heavy buckle and loop you get with the Tribe anchor. Although the main "features" are similar (the mult-position setup for exercise bands, the choice of using a loop or ring to attach, the ease of installation, etc.), this one makes me much more CONFIDENT that it will not break. I do use fairly heavy resistance bands, but, have always checked the load that is advertised with the product, and I never came near what they said was acceptable. I have 2 of these for use on one door spaced out so I can use them more effectively for certain exercises (like chest/pec flies, for example). These are the ones to purchase, esp. if using a little higher resistance. Highly recommended.

The resistance band anchor works as advertised. It is easy to install and adjust and it seems strong. Very good price for an exceptional product

Not impressed. The idea and workout system seems good and useful. BUT the security and fastening system is not very good. The clamp is weak-sauce.

Well made easy set up works great.
