4 Foot T8 LED Tube Light 14W, 3000K (Warm), 2030 Lumens (145 Lm/W), Single End Power, UL and DLC Listed, DLC Listed

The ballast in our kitchen fluorescent fixture was going out, so I decided to switch to LED and remove the ballast. I've always used 3500K fluorescent tubes because we like the warmer, incandescent-style lighting. I went with 4K strips first because they were less expensive, which was a mistake. The lighting was just way too blue and harsh. We kept them in for two weeks thinking we might get used to it, but no.I should have gotten these first. The lighting is the same, warm color as the old fluorescents, but slightly brighter while at the same time being less harsh. I've always been sensitive to the "almost" imperceptible flicker of fluorescents. LEDs have no flicker.This, combined with the fact that two of these strips use roughly 25% of the power of two fluorescent tubes while putting out more light makes this a no-brainer.
